Within VTT Group, commercial production of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and other micro- and nanoelectronic devices is carried out through VTT Memsfab Ltd. The company offers versatile contract manufacturing services based on extensive technical expertise, a unique equipment environment of Micronova and a comprehensive co-operation network.
Micronova Steering Board
VTT and Aalto University renewed in autumn 2012 their mutual agreement on cooperation at Micronova. With the new agreement also Micronova’s administrative structures were changed and the Micronova Board of Directors was replaced by the new Micronova Steering Board.
About Micronova
Micronova is part of OtaNano - Finland's national research infrastructure for micro- and nanotechnology, jointly run by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and Aalto University. Research in Micronova focuses on micro and nanotechnology, material and device physics, and optics.
Nanomicroscopy Center's Training & Services
