Intense deep-dive to challenge-based learning is more popular than ever, all online for the first time

Aalto Ventures Program offers you an online summer course, where participants from around the world come together to create multidimensional experiences. During three weeks of intensive teamwork, you will go from an idea to a validated sustainable business concept, learn by doing, and get to know and understand the startup culture. Throughout the course, you will be working efficiently in an internationally distributed team and using various digital, interactive tools, which will ensure a valuable and enjoyable learning process.

During the intensive course, students from Aalto and the School of Business’s partner universities deep-dived into different aspects of digital business and completed five projects for partnering companies. A successful mid-course transition to virtual teaching inspired an online version of the course for summer 2020.

Creating multidimensional experiences is a 3-week-long intensive bootcamp during which students learn to create competitive business concepts that solve some of the biggest global challenges. This year, UN's SDGs are being incorporated into the teaching.

Currently, all summer courses and programs will be held online besides the course Nordic Biomaterials with CHEMARTS.

Aalto Summer School offers summer courses and programmes in an international environment. Otaniemi campus is a destination, which offers all students unforgettable academic experiences. A unified curriculum for the summer period makes it easier for the student to navigate through the course and programme offering.
