Deficiences in the visibility of project information in ACRIS research information system

ACRIS contains information on more than 5,000 research projects at Aalto University, most of which are imported from financial and project management systems. Due to integration issues, the project information was temporarily removed from the public view of the research portal (research.aalto.fi). The information is gradually being restored to public view as it is verified.

Recent changes in the financial systems have caused challenges in integrating project data into ACRIS. At the moment, some information may not be transferred correctly (e.g. principal investigator/PI, project members or project title). We are investigating the issue and will provide an update once the project information is again up to date in ACRIS.

Note: Project information is still available in the ACRIS backend () for the PI, project members and users with administrator rights.

If you have questions related to projects in ACRIS, please contact: acris@aalto.fi
