Personal Project

The course is a journey around a theme of student's choice, supported by tutors and multidisciplinary network of workshops at Aalto University. Students have the possibilty to receive credits for self initiated work, competitions, exhibitions and projects which fit the ideas of the Contemporary Design Program. It fosters the development of professional competence, individuality, self-discipline and what's more important, curiosity. Open exploration of personal interests is encouraged, thus the project can also be a journey of searching for the illumination.
