The rapid advancement of Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensor platforms is revolutionizing our lives, demanding unprecedented improvements in power efficiency, computation latency, task complexity, and form factors. We expect the next phase of IoT will feature Tiny, Sensory, Intelligent, and Wireless capabilities. 

Kwantae Kim's group's ultimate research goal is to democratize these features of IoT platform, envisioning a future where everyone can enjoy the benefits. 

To arrive at this goal, this requires Integrated Circuit (IC) designers to develop highly integrated System-on-Chips (SoCs) that operate efficiently within limited energy and space.
