Aalto University students, staff, and alumni have the opportunity to participate in the Espoo Rantamaraton running event on Saturday 19.9.2026 at reduced prices.
Register via the registration link above. During registration, you will be asked about your study or work organization at Aalto University.
After registration, you will receive more detailed information about the event from Espoo Rantamaraton and their
- Marathon - 40 eur/person
- Half Marathon - 40 eur/person
- 10K - 25 eur/person
- 5K - 20 eur/person
- Ranta Walk (no timing, 5km) - 20 eur/person
- timing (NOTE: not for Ranta Walk) and international level UltimateLIVE result service
- GPS tracking via app
- participant medal
- refreshments along the route (not for 5K / Ranta Walk) and at the finish line
- pacing service for the marathon and half marathon
- electronic printable diploma delivered
10:30am 10K
10:50am Marathon start
12:45pm Half Marathon starting group 1 - target time 2:10 or better
12:50pm Half Marathon starting group 2 - target time 2:15 ->
2:00pm 5K and Ranta Walk
The guided marathon warm-up starts at 10:30am on Luolamiehentie near the start, and the Half Marathon warm-up at 12:30pm in the same place.
Start and finish line are located near Otaniemi's Otaranta and Luolamiehentie.
