I Am Good Enough® Self-compassion group for Aalto University students aged 18–29

This group supports you in building self-compassion, self-understanding and recovery. Through discussions and practical exercises, we explore themes such as:

  • Self-criticism
  • Gentle yet firm self-compassion
  • Body awareness & regulation
  • Recovery and rest

Group meetings: 6 sessions: Mondays 2.3.–13.4. at 14–16 (break on 6.4.)

Facilitators: Self-compassion expert Saara Ahtola (HelsinkiMissio, Crisis Services for Youth) & Aalto Chaplain Marjaana Faugel

Participation in the group requires a sufficiently stable life situation. 

To ensure that we form a suitable group, we will have individual meetings with those who register before the group starts. The maximum group size will be 9 students.
