Spectral characteristics of northern peatland surface vegetation.

In this research, extensive spectral libraries of northern peatland ecosystems were measured, and investigated for application in studying peatland vegetation features. The hyperspectral data were found to be useful, e.g., in assessing large plant groups and examining the moisture content of Sphagnum mosses.
