School classes - Thinking, AI and Robotics - Science Theatre

Program
There will here will be a presentation equivalent to a lesson by Lauri Järvilehto - Thinking & AI and Joni Pajarinen about robotics (such as robot dog).
The event will be hosted by Taina Mäki-Iso, a director and teacher specializing in theatre and clowning. She works extensively with creators in theatre, dance, circus, and music - and also performs as a clown herself.
Friday 20.3.
- 10:00–11:00 school classes
- 15.30 –16:30 open event for everyone
The target audience is 9–12-year-old students who attend the event with their school class (morning event) or with a familiar adult (afternoon). The events will be recorded, suitable for use as part of school education. The aim is to inspire and motivate, and to engage children and young people who might not typically have exposure to university studies through their immediate surroundings. The events are organized in cooperation with the City of Espoo, and they are free of charge and conducted in Finnish.
Aalto University Junior Science Theatre
Aalto University Junior Science Theatre events inspire 9-12-year-old students around science, art, technology and business. Events are organised on the Aalto University campus in cooperation with the City of Espoo (in Finnish only).
