The Research Infrastructure Management Team supports the decision-making of the Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering in the strategic development of the school's research infrastructures.
The task of the Research Infrastructure Management Team is to provide the dean and the school's management team with information and recommendations on matters such as the formation, prioritization, resource allocation, and budgeting of research infrastructures, risk management, compliance with requirements and regulations, as well as the planning and organization of the daily and annual tasks required from research infrastructures.
The Research Infrastructure Management Team monitors that the investment plans for the research infrastructures implement the long-term development plans of the infrastructures and makes proposals to the Dean regarding the allocation of resources to the infrastructures.
