Anna Johansson awarded Success Contributor

Learning Services lawyer Anna Johansson received Aalto Success Contributor award.

President Ilkka Niemelä presented the honour at an Aalto University joint services Christmas porridge event on 21 December. Our warmest congratulations go to Anna!

Explaining the choice of winner Ilkka Niemelä noted that Anna Johansson has deep knowledge and skills in legal aspects of studies, and that her expertise is recognised both at Aalto University and among her network of colleagues at other universities. Anna has made a significant contribution in creating and developing the rules and procedures of the new university from its early origins. Anna's support can be relied upon. She familiarises herself with matters and guides in processes. She actively follows the development of the working environment and actively takes up practices undergoing change or processes needing development, and takes part in processing them further with the aim of finding a solution. In addition to Learning Services Anna also works actively as a member of Aalto University's lawyers' network.

The purpose of the Success Contributor award is to give recognition to joint services personnel for contributions including high-quality work, use of new work practices, taking Aalto's values into consideration, cooperation, a focus on one's core tasks, and a sensitivity to the customer’s perspective. The award is presented twice a year. HR Manager Rita Heinrichs is happy to receive suggestions for the next award recipients.
