Azimatu Seidu has won a grant from the Finnish Academy of Science and Letters
Azimatu successfully applies Density Functional Theory (DFT) to screen vast combinations of different materials which find potential application in perovskite-based photovoltaic devices.
Azimatu Seidu from CEST, The Computational Electronic Structure Theory Group, won a grant for doctoral students from the Vilho, Yrjö and Kalle Väisälä Fund.
This grant will finance the continuation of her project “Robust hybrid perovskites photovoltaics from organic-inorganic materials” with Patrick Rinke.
Azimatu successfully applies Density Functional Theory (DFT) to screen vast combinations of different materials which find potential application in perovskite-based photovoltaic devices. This project is part of CEST’s efforts in identifying materials for future clean energy.
Congratulations Azeema!
