BioSustex PhD/Postdoc Meet to Exchange Insights and Strengthen Collaboration
Participants included (Aalto University), Maria Rachele Sesterzi (Green Decision), Lea Magnifico, Sarah Devecchi, Martina Menegaldo, and Pier Paolo Guolo (all from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice), Tim Åström (Stockholm University), and Yiming Jia (Chalmers University). Each of them is engaged in different work packages within the BioSustex Project, contributing from their respective areas of expertise.
The meeting began with brief introductions, followed by a presentation from on the preprocessing of post-consumer textile waste. The presentation sparked a productive discussion and exchange of ideas among the researchers.
The participants expressed appreciation for the organization of the meeting and emphasized the importance of continued interdisciplinary collaboration. They concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening cooperation and advancing the project’s objectives for sustainable textile innovation.
