Preparing fresh butter at home in India can be a complex process, often involving a traditional “Pot Churn” technique and conventional churning devices that are time-consuming, labour-intensive, and inefficient. However, this new butter churner designed by Anurag Sarda revolutionises the traditional Indian culinary method of making butter by providing a simplified approach.

Butter Churner utilises an efficient and user-friendly power-spring mechanism that allows for effortless back and forth movement, mimicking the Indian Pot Churn technique while eliminating the need for a complicated setup. This mechanism, which is specifically designed to stir thick cream inside the jar, proves to be the most efficient of all manual butter churning methods. Additionally, the device includes a handy built-in strainer for effectively separating the butter milk from the butter globules. The result is freshly churned butter in just four minutes.
