EIT Manufacturing Call for Innovation proposals (2024/1) - Apply by 19 JUN 2023

EIT Manufacturing is looking for projects and organisations ready to transform the European manufacturing and meet the global demands of present and future generations.

EIT Manufacturing is looking for projects and organisations ready to transform the European manufacturing and meet the global demands of present and future generations. In the context of this call EIT Manufacturing is looking for proposals for innovation activities on the following 3 topics:

  • Topic 1: Optimising production processes and increasing resources efficiency through digital solutions
  • Topic 2: Socially sustainable and human-centric manufacturing
  • Topic 3: Environmentally sustainable manufacturing through circular business models and new technologies

The call is opening on 18 APR 2023 and will close on 19 JUN 2023 (at 17:00 CEST).

A rap algorithm led him to research language models at Google DeepMind 鈥 now Eric Malmi returns 柠檬导航 as an adjunct professor

Eric Malmi received his PhD from Aalto University in 2018 with a dissertation that developed AI methods for linking historical records and family trees. At Google DeepMind he has developed Gemini language models and a chess AI. He returned to his alma mater because of ELLIS Institute Finland.
