Finnish Technology Prize 2017 – Who inspires and changes the world?

The Finnish Technology Prize 2017 is a 100 000 eur recognition prize to celebrate Finland’s 100 years.

The prize will be awarded to an individual or a group that inspires us to stay at the forefront of technology development for the benefit of society. The prize is awarded by Technology Industries of Finland Centennial Foundation and the Finnish Foundation for Technology Promotion jointly.

'The winner may have a unique impact or a solution to a global challenge such as learning, health care or to the renewal of industry', says Inka Mero, member of the Prize Jury.

Proposals can be made by 3o April. The Technology Prize is awarded on 5 June 2017 in Helsinki.
