Grief support group for those who have lost a loved one

In spring 2025, a support group will be organized for Aalto students and employees who have lost a loved one.

The group will meet five times. In this group, you are allowed to grieve, discuss, and ask even difficult questions in a confidential atmosphere. The group is a closed peer support group where you can share your feelings and thoughts with others who have also experienced a loss. The group is confidential and open to all worldviews. Participation requires a commitment to attend all meetings. We recommend that some months have passed since the loss before registering for the group.

Time: Tuesdays from 16:00 to 18:00. Dates: 21.1., 28.1., 4.2., 11.2. and 25.2. (break during the winter holiday week)
Location: Otakaari 1, Room Y115, 1st floor
Language: Finnish/English
Registration: By Thursday, January 16, via
