More than 200 participants attended Aalto Research Data Management training in autumn 2020
In autumn 2020 Aalto Research Services organized a set of Research Data Management training that attracted more than 200 participants. A similar set of training was held for the first time in the spring 2020. Altogether 90 participants attended the sessions in the spring.
The most popular sessions were Introduction to Research Data Management, Handling of Personal Data and Basics of Anonymization. More participants would have been welcome for school-specific sessions.
Feedback on the training was also collected, and the training will be developed on the basis of the feedback. Most of the survey respondents thought that the training met their expectations, and all respondents would recommend the recordings to their colleagues. The overall grade given to the training was 4.5/5. Research Data Management training will be organized again in the spring of 2021.
