Open-Source Software for Tracking and Analyzing Polymers, Filaments, Biomacromolecules, and Fibrous Objects

Professor Raffaele Mezzenga et al have developed an open source code that may be useful in your research, check it out!

The code allows performing the most advanced statistical analysis routines of any type of filamentous, fibrous or polymeric objects and to extract in a user-friendly way the most relevant 2D and 3D structural features.
