Opening of the Aalto Behavioral Laboratory's measurement rooms in Marsio

There are now two new ABL measurement rooms in Aalto!! They locate in the brand new Marsio building in Otakaari 2.
In the Marsio, there are two additional measurement rooms (Laurel and Hardy) for ABL. The bigger room (Hardy) with 25 square meters, is dedicated for multi-person measurements, enabling 6+ persons in the measurement room simultaneously. Other, smaller light-shielded room (Laurel), is mainly for single person measurements, especially intended for EEG and remote eye tracking studies.
In ABL, you can measure among other things with EEG, EMG, ECG, GSR, Accelerometers, Thermal camera and Eye Trackers. There are also stimuli system for each room, which can produce visual, virtual reality, audio and thermal stimuli.
Come to see the new facilities, and discus about the wild research ideas with the personnel.
Place: Otakaari 2, Marsio, 3rd floor, From the main entrance, go to the 3rd floor, then walk through the building to the another end
Doors are open: 13:00-16:00, 26th of Dec 2025. You can come whenever you like during the event.
There will be coffee and some snacks served!
