The survey is conducted in co-operation with Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and almost all the other universities in Finland use the survey during this autumn as well.  Everyone who started work at Aalto by the beginning of September will receive personal invitation via email on Wednesday. Results are starting point for discussion and development activities

Results are available in December and the results will be discussed on Management Teams and on the departments and units. Based on the results and discussion, each unit can reflect on what specific development actions they can take in order to make our University a better place to work.

What has been done based on 2015 survey?

The most important thing is how to tackle the issues that have identified. The themes that emerged in the 2015 survey are still important for the university and those are part of our strategic development. Based on the personnel survey, it has been decided to raise certain themes in common forums and priority development projects, examples of measures taken during last two years can be found .
