Shuttle bus operating between Töölö and Otaniemi on a holiday break

The Aalto University shuttle bus operating between Töölö and Otaniemi is on a holiday season break between 23 December and 1 January.

The shuttle bus does not operate also on 6 December (Independence Day of Finland) and 6 January (Epiphany).

The minibus service departs from the School of Business's main building in Töölö twice an hour i.e. on the hour and half past the hour between 8.30 and 16.00. The bus leaves from the Arkadiankatu bus stop in Töölö (the Hop-on Hop-off stop). The minibus travels to the front of Otakaari 1, the Undergraduate Centre. When necessary, the bus stops at the Lämpömiehenkuja stop in Otaniemi.

The bus departs from Otaniemi for Töölö twice an hour on the hour and a half past the hour between 9.00 and 16.30. When necessary, the minibus stops at the Lämpömiehenkuja bus stop.

Because the employer pays for these work-related trips, passengers will not be separately charged for their journey and no travel claims need to be filled out. It is to be noted that the bus is not intended for commuting from home to work or vice versa due to tax reasons. Stopping in Ruoholahti is not possible due to also this reason.
