Video greeting from Riitta Silvennoinen, new Chief Human Resources Officer

The new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Riitta Silvennoinen has started her work at Aalto.

She will be responsible for personnel processes including competence and leadership development. Previously, Riitta Silvennoinen worked at Nokia, where she acted as VP, Global HR Center of Expertise.

‘I´m excited to be part of the Aalto community. I’m particularly impressed by the people I`ve met during my first days here. In these encounters comes through clearly their strong notion both towards Aalto’s mission, and to make their own professional dreams come true – and this is what I want to support through my own work, too,’ says Riitta Silvennoinen.

‘See you all soon at the Schools or where ever it might be, maybe over a cup of tea!’
