Visual resources and image retrieval at the Learning Centre
The VRC space is a dedicated working space for activities such as image editing and self-service digitisation. The VRC service helps to find high quality and authentic visual information from a variety of subjects and disciplines, from digital cultural heritage to information visualisation. We offer advice and training on visual information sources and use rights for learning and research. VRC also helps find visual materials related to the history and activities of Aalto University.
The Visual Resources Centre supports learning visual literacy skills as part of information skills at Aalto University Learning Centre. The visual literacy skills include the abilities to find, evaluate, use ethically and produce visual media.
