You can collect your degree certificate from the School of Science Learning Services. (graduation date on or before 31.7.2025). 

Pickup times for degree certificate during the spring term 2026:

March

• Fri 13.3.2026 12-15, room B164

Remember to bring your ID with you. 

You can authorize another person to collect the certificate for you. Please fill in a power of attorney and return it either by email, or bring a printed version when picking up the certificate. You can find the power of attorney in Finnish, Swedish, and English as attachments below. 

For a valid reason, you may also request for the certificate to be mailed to you as a registered letter. For this option, fill in a power of attorney and return it by email. NB! Certificates are only mailed outside the capital region of Finland (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen) and abroad.

Aalto University will start issuing electronic degree certificates as of the beginning of the 2025–2026 academic year. The electronic degree certificate will replace the traditional paper degree certificate for those graduating on or after 1 August 2025.
