Report Finder

Report Finder is a tool for Aalto staff that facilitates finding the right report from a wide range of Power BI reports. With the tool, you can find reports that are open to all staff as well as reports targeted at specific groups.

The tool is easy to use, but if you wish, please check the short instructional video above. You can adjust the playback speed from video settings ('"gear" icon) found in the lower right corner

How to access Report Finder

  • Via Browser: Simply go to using your web browser.

  • Through Aalto's Website: Navigate to the Aalto front page, then click on 'Tools and Services' in the menu. From there, select 'Most Used Tools,' and you'll find the Power BI Report Finder.

    Use VPN and log in with your Aalto credentials if asked.
