Mini stand, 990 € + 25,5% VAT
Note: Mini stands are intended for small and medium-sized companies as well as non-profit organizations. We follow . Please ensure that your organization meets the criteria before selecting a mini stand.

Accessibility of the fair area
Talent Expo 2026 will be held at Dipoli on the Otaniemi campus. Please note that unfortunately, Dipoli is not a fully accessible venue. The event takes place on two floors, with the second floor primarily accessible via stairs.
Access to the second floor of Dipoli for transporting goods is only via stairs. Therefore, most stands can only accommodate exhibition materials that can be carried up the stairs by hand on the morning of the event. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please contact us in advance at talentexpo@aalto.fi. We are happy to help and guide you in any situation.

Ordering additional furniture
If you wish to order additional furniture for your stand, this can be done directly through the exhibition constructor WS-Expo. Further information regarding the ordering of additional furniture will be updated on this page in May 2026. Please ensure all additional orders are made until October 8, 2026.
