Tutkimusalat ja vastuuprofessorit
Tutkimusala on akateemisen tutkimuksen ala, jolla korkeakoulu tarjoaa tohtorinkoulutusta. Sähkötekniikan tohtoriohjelman tarjoaa tohtorinkoulutusta 13:lla tutkimusalalla. Jokaiselle tohtoriopiskelijalle nimitetään vastuuprofessori, joka edustaa opiskelijalle vahvistettua tutkimusalaa.
