Auto-Ethnography Without Confession: Artistic Research as Critical Method with Dr. Ally Zlatar

This interactive seminar explores how auto-ethnography can function as a rigorous artistic and research method without relying on confession or personal disclosure. Led by visiting artist Dr. Ally Zlatar, the workshop examines how strategic self-positioning, indirect narration, and formal constraints can be used as tools for inquiry and critique.

Jointly organized by the Creativity and Arts in Organizations and Society (CAOS) Network and the Design Culture Research Group at Aalto University, the seminar brings together artists, designers, and researchers interested in critically examining institutions, professional identities, and organizational language.
