Alumni Weekend is a live event, and the program will not be streamed outside Dipoli. This event will be photographed for Aalto University communications and marketing purposes. If you wish not to be in the photos, please inform the photographer during the event. Information on how we process data for university communications: .
Alumni Weekend will be held on 25.10.2025 at Aalto University's campus in Dipoli (Otakaari 24, 02150, Espoo).
The event starts at 12.00 and ends at 23.00. Alumni Weekend consists of a free day program (12.00-17.15) and a paid evening party (18.00-23.00). The ticket for the evening celebration costs 30 euros.
There is a guarded cloakroom for participants in Dipoli for the duration of the event.
We recommend using public transport such as tram 15 or the metro (exit A: Otaniementie). Detailed instructions can be found from .
Parking areas on the campus are limited. If you arrive by car, you can find parking areas from the campus map. All parking spaces are available without a fee on Saturday.
Registration for the event has ended. However, you can still enquire about available spots via email: alumni@aalto.fi.
The dress code for the event is business casual.
Lunch will be sold on Saturday from 12-3 pm at Restaurant Reima on the second floor of Dipoli. In addition, during the day program, there will be small snacks and coffee available. At the evening party, a selection of freshly made wraps and sandwiches will be on sale.

Alumni Weekend includes over 30 speakers, 4 programme tracks, 2 bands, film screenings, introduction of the alum of the year and other memorable stage program! You can view the event program here: /en/events/program-0.
During the day program, you can join the program track that inspires you the most. Please note that rooms allocated to different programme tracks vary in size, and places are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Note also that the program track choice made during registration is not binding, and you can switch program tracks during the break. The main entrance of Dipoli is accessible. During the event, there will be program on both floors, and access to the second floor is possible via the lift near the info desk in Käpyaula. If possible, please notify us in advance by email (alumni@aalto.fi) if you require accessible access during the event.
The tickets for the evening celebration are binding and non-refundable. If you have bought a ticket but are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another Aalto alum. We request that you inform us of transfers via email: alumni@aalto.fi.
