Housing Design

Memory-friendly living in Valkeala 2025

The studio's main assignment was an individually designed scheme for a memory-friendly housing neighborhood in Kouvola. The site had existing buildings, such as a kindergarten and housing for the elderly. The objective was to design an inclusive, multisensory housing unit while minimizing the ecological footprint.
