Lean methods helped identify points of development in the cyber security team’s service request process
Based on the identified development points, the cyber security team renewed the service request instructions and opened a new service desk channel.
Leap for Learning project status update in February
​​​​​​ The Admissions project reached a significant milestone in February as the first version of the tool was deployed. The tool is used for Master’s admission from now on and Apply- system is going to be decommissioned.Â
