Aalto University Properties Ltd divests Arkadiankatu 24 property

Aalto University divests the property, but leases the premises until July 2019.

Aalto University Properties Ltd has divested Arkadia property at Arkadiankatu 24 to Hemsö Fastighets AB on 3 October, 2017. The building comprises approximately 8 000 sq. m. The transaction applies to both the older part of the building used by the School of Business and the newer part of Hanken.

Aalto University has also signed a fixed-term lease agreement on the Arkadia premises until July 2019. The Business School faculty and students that are still in the Töölö campus will locate to the new Business School building in the core of the Otaniemi campus, in summer 2019. The Bachelor education of the School of Business moved to Otaniemi in the autumn 2015.
