You are warmly welcome to join the Christmas party of Joint service units at 8.30-10.00am in Kaleva hall, Dipoli. It is time to start the holiday season with tastes and tunes of Christmas!

Later, let’s get together at an after work event in Bistro Tenhola beginning at 3.30pm – everyone in Aalto warmly welcome! There will be Christmas glögg, cookies and music by Polirytmi!
 

Reminder: Dipoli opening hours during Christmas
Dipoli and the Lobby Services will be open during the Christmas period and the beginning of the year at the same time as the restaurants are open:

Fri 22 December, open 7.45am–4pm
23–26 December closed
Wed-Fri 27–29 December, open 7.45am–4pm
30 December 2017 – 1 January 2018 closed
Tue−Thu 2–4 January 2018, open 7.45am–7pm
Fri 5 January 2018, open 7.45am–5pm
Sat 6 January 2018 closed
From Mon 8 January onwards open normally

Securitas will be present during opening hours. When the building is closed, the outer doors will be closed as well, and access to the building will require using your personal access tag.

IT Service Desk in Dipoli – Contact and opening hours
The new email address for IT Service Desk in Dipoli is it-dipoli@aalto.fi, tel. 050 576 0497. Phone calls will be answered during the service hours. The service hours are Mon-Fri 8–15:45, but usually in practice Mon-Thu 8–17:40 with some exceptions. Between Christmas and New Year IT Service Desk in Dipoli is closed.

The email address for Aalto IT Service Desk is servicedesk@aalto.fi, tel. 050 513 2000. Service requests sent to this address are also directed straight to the service line of ITS in Dipoli.
