The Aalto University Management Team AMT annually confirms Aalto's long-term evaluation plan in connection with the University Review. Based on the information obtained from evaluations, various reviews and feedback surveys, we develop our operations. In the autumn 2025, we will participate in the audit of the top-level athlete-friendly higher education institutions (HUMKK) carried out by the Finnish Olympic Committee, as well as Aalto University's personnel's wellbeing survey carried out by universities and with pension company Varma concerning all personnel.

In the HUMKK dual career model audit, the Finnish Olympic Committee aims to identify and recognise those universities and polytechnics that meet the quality criteria defined for a top-athlete university in their operations and who wish to develop the dual career of athletes in cooperation with local sports academies. The aim of the HUMKK audit is to identify challenges in the study path of a special group and to develop and create common practices to facilitate the completion of studies.

The personnel's wellbeing survey at work provides the university with an opportunity to receive feedback on the factors affecting the well-being of the entire personnel and thus enables development activities and the targeting of actions according to needs. The personnel's wellbeing survey at work is also a tool for us to support and strengthen an equal, diverse and inclusive work community.
