Aalto Space mobile application
Aalto Space allows you to book conference and group work facilities and helps you navigate the campus.
We are constantly developing our campus to be financially, environmentally and socially sustainable. As part of campus development, joint services and university leadership will relocate closer to the centre of the campus, making them more easily accessible to the entire university community.
Some operations of Aalto EE at Aalto Töölö were relocated to Dipoli in summer 2025. Moving out from Dipoli to the Undergraduate Centre, and partially from the Undergraduate Centre to the Harald Herlin Learning Centre, began in April 2025. The services currently located in the schools will remain there even after this move.
The new premises of the joint services are primarily located on the second and third floors of the Undergraduate Centre (Otakaari 1), in the Harald Herlin Learning Centre (Otaniementie 9), and for a couple teams, in Dipoli (Otakaari 24). Dipoli will continue to house a student restaurant and host various events.

On this page you will find instructions to access control, access to buildings and key control on Otaniemi campus.
In accordance with the principles of the open campus, the university staff members must use a Aalto visual identity card and a guest must use a visitor card when moving around the university premises.
